Since we are a small business, shipments + orders can get behind. We will always try to get your shipments to you as soon as possible, but it may take up to 14 days for your order to be shipped. If you need it sooner, contact us and we can try to rush your order.
If you did not receive a package but was notified that it was delivered, contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost items. If a product is damaged, please contact us.
All sales are final on shoes + accessories + online purchases. Exchanges are accepted only on unopened beauty products which MUST be in original condition and within 14 days of original purchase date. If an allergic reaction occurs, please report to us within 72 hours by phone or email.
